To guarantee the quality and freshness of our products, as well as your safety, we do not accept returns.

What do I do if my pots are broken in transit?

If your nut butter jars have been damaged during handling, we ask that you to write to us at the following email address: [email protected].


Depending on the state of your jars, we’ll be able to offer you suitable compensation: ship new products, offer a refund or discount on your next purchase. We take your satisfaction to heart and will always find a solution that suits you!

Where do you ship?

We ship to Quebec and Ontario. If you live in another province or in the United States and wish to purchase our products, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be able to quote the shipping costs.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $8 for all purchases under $75 before tax.

What’s the order minimum to qualify for free shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases of $75 or more before tax and after discounts.
