Subscription Terms – Mille et Une Noix Club
Thank you for being part of the Mille et Une Noix Club! By choosing a subscription, you benefit from a 10% discount on eligible products while automatically receiving your favorite nut butter at your chosen frequency.
1. How the Subscription Works
By subscribing, you authorize Mille et Une Noix to automatically debit the amount of your order according to the selected frequency (every 4 weeks).
2. Discount
The 10% discount applies only to eligible products purchased as part of an active subscription. It cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer, unless otherwise stated.
3. Modifying Your Subscription
You can modify the products in your subscription, suspend, or postpone a delivery at any time from your customer account or by contacting our customer service.
Any modification must be made at least 5 days before the next billing date for it to be taken into account.
4. Minimum Commitment
The subscription includes a minimum commitment of two (2) deliveries. Cancellation of the subscription is only possible after the billing and delivery of the second order.
5. Payment
Payment is automatically made using the payment method saved during your registration.
In case of payment failure, Mille et Une Noix may make one or more new attempts to debit. If payment remains impossible, the subscription may be suspended until the payment information is updated.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared after each subscription renewal and shipped according to our usual lead times.
Applicable shipping fees are those indicated at the time of payment, unless your order is eligible for free shipping.
7. Product Availability
Although we make every effort to keep our products in stock, some flavors may exceptionally be temporarily unavailable.
In such a situation, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, a delivery postponement, or a refund for the product concerned.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription after having received a minimum of two (2) orders under it.
Any cancellation request must be made before the next billing date. If an order has already been billed or is in preparation, it will be shipped as planned and cannot be canceled.
In case of non-compliance with the minimum commitment of two orders, Mille et Une Noix reserves the right to charge the difference between the regular price and the subscription price granted on the first order.
The 10% discount is maintained as long as the subscription remains active. Any new membership will be subject to the terms and promotions in effect at the time of re-subscription.
9. Modification of These Terms
Mille et Une Noix reserves the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Any modification will only apply to future renewals and will be communicated to subscribers.
