Subscription Terms and Conditions – Mille et Une Noix Club
Thank you for being part of the Mille et Une Noix Club! By choosing a subscription, you benefit from a 10% discount on your product while automatically receiving your favorite nut butter at your chosen frequency.
1. How the subscription works
By subscribing, you authorize Mille et Une Noix to automatically charge the amount of your order according to the selected frequency (every 4 weeks).
2. Discount
The 10% discount applies only to eligible products purchased as part of an active subscription. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer, unless otherwise stated.
3. Modifying your subscription
You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or by contacting our customer service.
Any modification must be made at least 5 days before the next billing date for it to be taken into account.
4. Payment
Payment is automatically made using the payment method recorded during your registration.
In case of payment failure, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains impossible, your subscription may be suspended until your payment information is updated.
5. Delivery
Orders are prepared after each subscription renewal and shipped according to our usual lead times.
Applicable shipping costs are those indicated at checkout, unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
6. Product availability
While we make every effort to keep our products in stock, some flavors may exceptionally be temporarily unavailable.
In such a situation, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement, postponement, or refund of the affected product.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge.
However, if an order has already been billed and is being prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be delivered as planned.
8. Modification of these terms and conditions
Mille et Une Noix reserves the right to modify these subscription terms and conditions. Any modification will apply only to future renewals and will be communicated to subscribers.
By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
The 10% discount is maintained as long as the subscription remains active. In case of cancellation, any new membership will be subject to the conditions and promotions in effect at the time of re-registration.

Our nut butters can be stored for up to one year at room temperature or in the refrigerator. We recommend stirring them regularly to maintain their smooth consistency.

We find that our nut butters taste much better when stored at room temperature! However, if you wish to avoid having the oil rise to the surface, you can also store them in the refrigerator once they have been stirred well.

It is totally normal for the oil naturally contained in the nuts to rise to the surface of our butters, since we don’t use any stabilizing agent to prevent the layer from forming.

For our nut butters to regain their homogeneous texture, all you have to do is stir them well with a spoon or even put them in a food processor for 30 seconds.

To avoid the formation of an oily layer on the surface of our nut butters, we recommend stirring them well and then storing them in the refrigerator.

All the nuts used in our butters are dry roasted at very low temperatures by local roasting experts—connoisseurs who can gauge the nuts’ roasting time just by touch.

Roasting enhances the nuts’ flavour and gives our butters a delicious, toasted look. It also removes all the moisture from the nuts, which gives our butters their distinctive smooth texture. By roasting our nuts, we also limit pathogens and the risk of contamination.

Our products are nut officially Gluten Free certified, but they are naturally free of gluten.

As all our nut butters are prepared in the same place, cross-contamination is possible. If you suffer from allergies to certain nuts, it is not recommended to consume our products.
